Beach Inspired Cocktails + Snacks

difficulty: easy
yields: 1 drink

Don’t worry; our version of MSG won’t give you a headache—or a hangover—but it will lighten your step! This bubbling concoction combines the tang of mango, the bite of fresh ginger, and the sweetness of ripe strawberries to create a cocktail as delightful as a lazy summer afternoon.

This mocktail is fun for all ages. Teens will appreciate the photo-worthy, peachy-pink hue of the MSG. And the younger set will enjoy freezing the fruit molds and adding bubble water to the mix.

  • Fresh Mango
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Bubble Water of choice

Chop and slice fresh mango, strawberry, and ginger (but save a few slices of strawberry or mango for garnish).

2. MIX

Add to blender and puree. Pour mixture into an ice cube mold and freeze. Once frozen, remove from the ice cube mold and place in your glass.

Add bubble water and garnish with fresh fruit.
